Of course I can't make a cloud move, but sometimes I can position myself in such a way as to make a cloud line up with something between it and me. At Palo Duro Canyon on May 14th, after I noticed a small cloud moving pretty quickly in the direction of the rocky cap on a prominent geological formation, I pulled over and hurried to get into a good position in time for a picture of the "partial eclipse."
