SUNLIGHT
There is NOTHING more powerful than the first and most original doctor... THE SUN
If you aren’t absorbing sunlight (even when cloudy), there is no hack or supplement that will ever get you to true health
It should be one of your highest priorities to be outside and SUNBATHE + also view the sunrise and sunset
CLEAN FOOD
Food can either heal you or be the poison that makes you sick. Don’t eat ‘food products’
It’s actually very easy to stay healthy diet wise, follow these guidelines:
- Only eat things that were here around 200 years ago
- Don’t eat things with barcodes
- Cook all your meals yourself
SLEEP
The greatest recovery tool known to man.
Humans are the only organism that willingly forgoes sleep in pursuit of ‘more productive’ activities, but also absolute nonsense (phone scrolling)
You will not be healthy without proper sleep

MOVEMENT
Just like water, we become toxic if we do not move
Even something as simple as walking will provide you with movement of blood, lymph, and energy that is 1000x better than being stagnant.

GROUNDING
We are electrically charged creatures. Absorbing the earth’s electrical current through barefoot nature exposure is essential to recharging your batteries.
Your blood flows better, your recovery is enhanced, your mind is calmed.
Swim, walk, lie down in natural environments.
MENTALITY
The mind and the thoughts you have create a physical reaction in the body. The repeated physical reactions can create a state of well-being or a state of disease

WATER
Quality water is absolutely essential to quality health and performance
Sucking out of plastic bottles and sculling tap water (poison) will not do it!
Opt for natural spring water out of glass bottles, or filter your own! Also fruit, raw milk, are very hydrating.
These are the most powerful of all health tools we have.
And you’ll notice that most, if not all, are FREE practices in that all they will ‘cost’ is your dedication and time.
