If you want to come to meaningful change, one of the most important relationships to pay attention to is the one you have with yourself. How we relate to the world, in many ways, is just a natural outpouring of how we relate to ourselves. One who feels and nurtures a love for self will feel and nurture a love for others. One who feels and nurtures self-hatred for self will feel and nurture hatred for others. If you find it hard to love someone - notice that you're likely having a hard time loving some aspect of yourself as well.
THIS WEEK: Forgive yourself. Start new. Whatever it is, whatever you’ve done, forgive yourself. Right now. Renew your marriage vows to yourself and begin again.
